FLOOR UPDATE – 1 VOTE

At approximately 5:10 p.m., the House will take the following vote on H.R. 6395 – National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2021, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):

1. Escobar Amendment – Provides Congress transparency when a President deploys active duty military within the United States during civil unrest by amending portions of the Insurrection Act in Title 10, Chapter 13 of U.S. Code – Minimum of 5 Minutes

During the vote series, the Majority Whip's office will notify Members when each group should proceed to the Floor to vote.

Following this vote, House will take the following votes on H.R. 6395, by groups:

1. McAdams Amendment 
2. En Bloc #1 Offered by Rep. Smith (WA)

Members are advised that following last votes, the House will complete debate on amendments to H.R. 6395.  Any recorded votes requested will be postponed until Tuesday.
