FLOOR UPDATE – 1 VOTE

The House has reconvened and is now taking the following vote on H.R. 2 – Moving Forward Act, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Abraham to Rep. Cohen):
  1. En Bloc #6 in Part G Offered by Mr. Graves (MO) – This en bloc contains eight amendments to various divisions of the bill that among other things would bar the use of eminent domain for pedestrian and bicycle projects and apply a different standard to these projects than any other infrastructure projects, preempt State authority to protect waters within that state, deem state permits for dredge and fill activities valid, with no oversight by EPA, strike language in the bill that allows a recipient of a loan from DOT’s Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing (RRIF) program to pay half of the credit risk premium up front and the other half within 10 years, and strike $25 billion in funding from the postal service – Minimum of 5 Minutes
During the vote series, the Majority Whip's office will notify Members when each group should proceed to the Floor to vote.

All Members will have a minimum of 5 minutes to vote when their group is called to the Floor.  Members will be given notice from the Whip's office during the vote series when their group should come to the Floor for votes.

**For the health of all Members and staff and to limit the number of people on the House Floor, Members are asked to come to the Floor only during their voting group's window and are encouraged to exit the House Floor immediately after voting.  As occupancy on the House Floor will be limited to facilitate social distancing, Members are advised that the House Gallery will be open and available to use during the vote series. 

Following the vote on En Bloc #6 to H.R. 2, the House will vote on the Foxx Amendment to H.R. 2.  After the vote on the Foxx Amendment to H.R. 2, the House will vote on the Tlaib Amendment to H.R. 2. 

Following the vote on the Tlaib Amendment to H.R. 2, the House will debate the Republican motion to recommit.

After debate on the motion to recommit, the House will vote on the motion to recommit on H.R. 2.

Following the vote on the motion to recommit, the House will vote on final passage of H.R. 2.
