FLOOR UPDATE – 1 VOTE

The House is now taking the following vote, beginning with Group 1 (Rep. Adams to Rep. Cloud):

1. Quorum Call – Establishing a quorum in the House of Representatives for the First Session of the 117^th Congress – Minimum of 10 minutes

During the vote series, the Majority Whip's office will notify Members when each group should proceed to the Floor to vote.

Group 1: Rep. Adams to Rep. Cloud
Group 2: Rep. Clyburn to Rep. Gohmert
Group 3: Rep. Golden to Rep. Kilmer
Group 4: Rep. Kim to Rep. Mvran
Group 5: Rep. Mullen to Rep. Schrier
Group 6: Rep. Schweikert to Rep. Williams
Group 7: Rep. Wilson to Rep. Zeldin

Following this vote, the House will begin a manual roll call vote on the election of the Speaker of the House.  Each Member will be called individually, in alphabetical order, by the clerk, by groups.

After the election of the Speaker of the House, the House will begin the swearing-in of Members and Delegates. Members will be sworn in by groups, beginning with First-term Members-elect.
