The House has completed general debate on H.R. 842 – Protecting the Right to Organize Act of 2021.
The House has now begun debate on amendments to H.R. 842.
Following amendment debate, the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1319 – American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes, by groups. These will be the last votes of the day.
Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 3:45 - 4:15 p.m., on the Rule for the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1319 and amendments, motion to recommit, and final passage of H.R. 842.
**Members are advised that the House will meet at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow to complete consideration of the Senate Amendment to H.R. 1319.
