The House has convened in the Joint Session of Congress to count electoral ballots for the President and Vice-President of the United States.
**Members are advised that votes are expected in the House today, and they could occur late into the evening. Further information about the exact timing of votes will be announced as soon as it becomes available.
The Floor will be limited to those Members who are scheduled to speak during House debate where there is an objection. Unless participating in the House debate, Members are encouraged to remain in their offices unless called to vote.
