Today, the House will meet at 10:00 a.m. for legislative business. There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.
Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2639 – Strength in Diversity Act of 2020, H.R. 2574 – Equity and Inclusion Enforcement Act, H.R. 2694 – Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, and H.Res. 908 – Condemning all forms of anti-Asian sentiment as related to COVID-19.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes, by groups.
Following votes, the House will begin general debate on H.R. 2639 – Strength in Diversity Act of 2020.
After general debate, the House will debate amendments to H.R. 2639, beginning with the Torres Amendment.
Following amendment debate, the House will take votes, by groups. These will be the last votes for the day
Next votes predicted: at approximately 11:00 - 11:30 a.m., on the Rule for H.R. 2639, H.R. 2574, H.R. 2694, and H.Res. 908.
