Today, the House meets at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.
Following “One Minutes,” the House will debate a resolution appointing and authorizing managers for the impeachment trial of Donald John Trump, President of the United States.
After debate on the resolution, the House will take votes.
Following votes, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 1230 – Protecting Older Workers Against Discrimination Act. After general debate, the House will debate the five amendments to H.R. 1230.
Following amendment debate, the House will recess subject to the call of the Chair.
At approximately 4:00 p.m., the House will reconvene and take votes. These will be the last votes of the day.
Next votes predicted: at approximately 12:30 – 1:00 p.m., on adoption of a resolution appointing and authorizing managers for the impeachment trial of Donald John Trump, President of the United States.
