The House is now in recess subject to the call of the Chair. 

The House has completed consideration of amendments to H.R. 3351 – Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2020, through Pascrell Amendment #10.

The following amendments have recorded votes pending:
  1. King (IA) Amendment #3
  2. Norton/Connolly/Raskin/Sarbanes/Trone/Hoyer/Brown/Wexton/Beyer/Titus Amendment
Members are advised that additional vote series are expected in the House today, including votes on legislation related to the Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act.
