Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the combined Rule for H.R. 3351 – Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2020 and H.R. 2722 – Securing America’s Federal Elections Act. After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.
Following votes, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 3351 – Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2020.
After general debate, the House may begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 3351.
