The House has completed general debate on H.R. 3055 – Commerce, Justice, Science, Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2020.
The House has now begun consideration of amendments to H.R. 3055. The House will only consider Division A (Commerce, Justice, and Science) today. Members are advised that they should be prepared to offer their amendment at the appropriate time. Any recorded votes requested will be postponed.
