Today, the House meets at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.
Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule for H.R. 3055 – Commerce, Justice, Science, Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, Veterans Affairs, Transportation, and Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Act, 2020.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes. These will be the last votes of the day.
Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 1:15 - 1:20 p.m., on the Rule for H.R. 3055 and amendments, motion to recommit, and passage of H.R. 2740 – Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, State, Foreign Operations, and Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2020.
**Members are advised that following last votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 3055. Following general debate, the House will begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 3055, beginning with Division A (Commerce, Justice, Science). Any recorded votes requested will be postponed.
