The House has resumed consideration of amendments to H.R. 2740 – Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, State, Foreign Operations, and Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2020. The House is currently debating Jeffries Amendment #48.
Members should be prepared to offer their amendment at the appropriate time tonight. Any requests for recorded votes will be postponed to Thursday at approximately 10:30 a.m.
