Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the one Rule for H.Res. 430 – Authorizing the Committee on the Judiciary to initiate or intervene in judicial proceedings to enforce certain subpoenas and for other purposes and H.R. 2740 – Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, Defense, State, Foreign Operations, and Energy and Water Development Appropriations Act, 2020.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.
Following votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.Res. 430. After debate on H.Res. 430, the House will take votes. These will be the last votes of the day.
Next votes predicted: at approximately 1:15 – 1:30 p.m., on the Rule for both H.Res. 430 and H.R. 2740.
