Today, the House meets at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. There will be up to fifteen “One Minutes” per side.
Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule for H.R. 9 – Climate Action Now Act.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes. These will be the last votes of the day.
Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 1:15 – 1:30 p.m., on the Rule for H.R. 9 and a vote related to Rep. Mark Green's Privileged Resolution.
**Members are advised that following last votes, the House will begin 90 minutes of general debate on H.R. 9. After general debate, the House will begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 9.
Any recorded votes requested will be postponed until tomorrow. Members should be prepared to offer their amendment at the appropriate time today.
