LEADER'S FLOOR UPDATE
Today, the House meets at 2:00 p.m. for legislative business. There will be “One Minutes” speeches.
Following “One Minutes,” the House is expected to recess. At approximately 2:30 p.m., the House will reconvene and debate the eighteen bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.
Any recorded votes requested will be postponed until 6:30 p.m.
**Members are advised that Reps.-Elect Mary Peltola (D-AK), Pat Ryan (D-NY), and Joe Sempolinski (R-NY) will be sworn in prior to votes tonight.
**Members are also advised that there will be a Moment of Silence during tonight's vote series to recognize the late Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II. Following the vote series, the House will also Adjourn in Honor of Her Majesty.
