Following “One Minutes,” the House will begin one hour of debate on the Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 8404 – Respect for Marriage Act; H.R. 8294 – Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Agriculture, Rural Development, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2023; and H.R. 8373 – Right to Contraception Act.
After debate on the Rule, the House will take votes.
Following votes, the House will begin one hour of debate on H.R. 8404 – Respect for Marriage Act.
After debate on H.R. 8404, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 8294 – Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Agriculture, Rural Development, Energy and Water Development, Financial Services and General Government, Interior, Environment, Military Construction, and Veterans Affairs Appropriations Act, 2023.
Following general debate on H.R. 8294, the House will begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 8294. Amendments may be offered en bloc.
Following consideration of some amendments to H.R. 8294, at approximately 4:30 – 4:45 p.m., the House will take votes on the motion to recommit and passage of H.R. 8404, some amendments to H.R. 8294, and postponed Suspensions. Suspensions may be voted en bloc. These are the last votes of the day.
