The House has completed debate on H.R. 6538 – Active Shooter Alert Act of 2022.
The House has now begun debate on S. 3373 – Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics Act of 2022, as amended.
Following debate on S. 3373, the House will begin one hour of general debate on H.R. 7900 – National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
After general debate on H.R. 7900, the House will begin consideration of amendments to H.R. 7900. Members can track consideration of amendments HERE. Members should be prepared to offer their amendment at the appropriate time today.
Following consideration of some amendments to H.R. 7900, the House will take votes. These are the last votes of the day.
Next/Last votes predicted: at approximately 7:00 – 7:30 p.m., on passage of H.R. 6538, motion to commit and passage of S. 3373, some amendments to H.R. 7900, and some postponed Suspensions.
**Members are advised that each vote subsequent to the first 15-minute vote will be open for a total of 5 minutes. Members, especially Members casting proxy votes on behalf of other Members, are expected to vote in a timely manner.
