H.Res. 672 – Rule providing for consideration of H.R. 2666 – No Rate Regulation of Broadband Internet Access Act (Rep. Kinzinger – Energy and Commerce) (One hour of debate). The Rules Committee has recommended a structured Rule that provides for one hour of general debate equally divided and controlled by the Chair and Ranking Member of the Committee on Energy and Commerce. The Rule allows for 3 amendments, debatable for 10 minutes equally divided between the offeror and an opponent. The Rule allows one motion to recommit, with or without instructions, and waives all points of order against the legislation. Members are urged to VOTE NO.

H.Res. 671 – Rule providing for consideration of both H.R. 3340 – Financial Stability Oversight Council Reform Act (Rep. Emmer – Financial Services) and H.R. 3791 – To Raise the Consolidated Assets Threshold Under the Small Bank Holding Company Policy Statement (Rep. Love – Financial Services) (One hour of debate). The Rules Committee has recommended one Rule which would provide for consideration of two bills.

** Members are advised that the House is only expected to consider the Rules for H.R. 3791, H.R. 3340, and H.R. 2666 today. General and amendment debate of the bills will occur on Thursday and Friday.
