The Daily Quote

“Now it is the Republican-led Congress moving slowly on providing money to combat the spread of Zika, alarming some lawmakers who fear that their colleagues do not recognize the potential consequences if the mosquito-borne disease begins to spread in the United States. ‘There is just a lack of urgency about it,’ said Senator Marco Rubio, Republican of Florida, ‘People are going to be asking, ‘Why didn’t you do anything?’ he said in an interview. ‘You are going to have to have a pretty good answer, and I am not sure there is going to be one.’”
