**Following one minute speeches, the House is expected to recess in order to accommodate for the bipartisan Member briefing on the San Bernardino attack. Following the briefing, the House will reconvene and consider the bills listed for consideration under suspension of the Rules.

TOMORROW’S OUTLOOK
The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Friday, December 11: The House will meet at 9:00 a.m. for legislative business. The House is expected to consider the Conference Report to accompany H.R. 644 – Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 (Rep. Reed – Ways and Means) (Subject to a Rule). The House will also consider H.J.Res. 75 – Making further continuing appropriations for fiscal year 2016, and for other purposes (Rep. Rogers – Appropriations) (Subject to at Rule).
