The GOP Leadership has announced the following schedule for Tuesday, February 27: The House will meet at 12:00 p.m. for legislative business. The House is expected to consider H.R. 4296 – To place requirements on operational risk capital requirements for banking organizations established by an appropriate Federal banking agency (Rep. Luetkemeyer – Financial Services) (Subject to a Rule) and H.R. 1865 – Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act of 2017 (Rep. Wagner – Judiciary) (Subject to a Rule). The House is also expected to consider H.R. 5078 – TRID Improvement Act of 2018, as amended (Rep. Hill – Financial Services) – under suspension of the Rules. Lastly, the House is expected to begin consideration of H.R. 4607 – Comprehensive Regulatory Review Act (Rep. Loudermilk – Financial Services) (Subject to a Rule). Members are advised that the House will not complete consideration of H.R. 4607 this week. | ||
