At approximately 6:30 p.m., the House will take the following votes on bills considered under suspension of the Rules:
  1. H.R. 1420 – Energy Efficient Government Technology Act, as amended (Rep. Eshoo – Energy and Commerce) – 15 minutes
  2. H.R. 1768 – Diesel Emissions Reduction Act of 2019 (Rep. Matsui – Energy and Commerce) – 5 minutes
These are the last votes for the day
 
**Members are advised that there will be a moment of silence following the vote series to honor the victims of the tragedy that occurred in Dayton, Ohio in August.
